Hi, I'm Elaine Louise Stewart, ... Like many women as we reflect on our lives as we get older, I've been fortunate to discover how to live my life with less fear and more courage. We all have fear in our lives. It actually keeps us safe.  However, too much fear can hold us back from living our lives fully.  Over the past few years I've embarked on a journey of self discovery that has helped me identify and eliminate the roadblocks that were holding me back.

I now live every day motivated and excited about what life has to offer and am driven to help other women at this stage of life, or any stage, experience that same sense of freedom, courage and zest for life.
